Most likely cause of Whirlpool top loader WTW5010LW not running

F9E1 is a long drain/no drain code. If the drain pump won’t run the machine won’t really let you do anything else.

You can check the resistance value of the drain pump W11399437 at the pump itself, should be about 17-22Ω.

If that’s good check the lower harness W11643701 for any obvious damage and replace if it is damaged.

If both of those are good then the issue is with the main control board W11513246.
