ME11A7510DG/AA-00 - 0 on display, buttons dont work. Lights, fans full blast, turntable starts running when the door is closed

What happens & when: lights and fans on full, when the door is closed the turntables starts spinning.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: I ordered Samsung DE94-05060C Microwave Control Panel Assembly OEM Part Manufacturer’s Part Number: DE94-05060C, there was no board with it. I assumed it would have a control board.

It does sound like the main control has failed. From what I am able to see on the parts diagram, the main control has been discontinued by the manufacturer as a stand alone part. The control box module assembly appears to be what the manufacturer is providing to obtain the main control.
