The F9E1 error code indicates a long drain issue, meaning the washer is not draining water within the expected amount of time.
Possible causes include:

A kinked or clogged drain hose

A clog at the drain pump inlet

Debris blocking the drain pump

A damaged or failed drain pump
To start, try unplugging the washer for 10 minutes. This can reset the control and clear the error code. It should also allow the door/lid to unlock if it is currently locked.
Once the door is open, do you see any standing water remaining in the washer?
Next, inspect the drain hose for any kinks or clogs. If the hose looks clear, run a Drain & Spin cycle and listen for the drain pump to come on.
If the code returns, unplug the washer again for 10 minutes again. If the drain hose is not kinked or clogged, it’s possible there is a blockage in the drain pump or the pump itself has failed and will need further inspection.
