What happens & when: catch basin in rear of refrigerator not draining and overflowing into the refrigerator compartment

I have removed and cleaned the drain tube in the back that empties into the evap tray and also ran a 14 gauge wire up the drain tube that comes out of the refrigerator and it was clear as well. The basin Im referring to is at the back of the refrigerator at the top. It is full of water and not draining. I have pictures but they are not hosted anywhere, just on my pc and I don’t see a way to upload them to this post. Thanks in advance for any help
