Maytag Quiet Series 300 Clean Light

I have a Maytag Quiet Series 300 Model mdb5601awb, it seems to be cleaning fine and to my knowledge all the options are working, but the “Sanitized” and the “Clean” lights are not coming on after the dishwasher has finished. The “Washing” light isn’t working either, not sure about the “Drying” light.
