Model is DWU 4915 BAX
Will fill with water, but won’t cycle any farther than that.
Have to drain it by resetting the cycle to the beginning.
also makes a humming noise when it is trying to cycle, but nothing happens.
I am down to either the motor or the landfill with this thing.
Any suggestions?

Here is a service manual, although it does not specifically cover your unit is is the best I can find. The 4910 may be close to yours.

I would check that the pump can mechanically turn in both directions.
Since drain works OK could be the wash winding is open, I would check it with a meter for continuity.
May also be a dirty timer contact for the wash winding.
