Here is a link for the water inlet valve replacement. Whirlpool WP3979346 Washer Water Inlet Valve Assembly | Genuine OEM Part
I watched the video and on the back of the control panel there are no screws to remove the control panel.
I’m not sure if it has clips or not. What are the detail instructions to get to the inlet water valve?
To replace the valve, use a putty knife under the corners of the control panel to pop it loose. Once it is loose then roll it up and there will be 2 brass clips underneath that you would use a flat blade screwdriver to release. Disconnect the lid switch connector and then roll the cabinet forward to remove. You will then have access to the water valve.
I figured it out but a video would be helpful for people trying to get to the inlet water valve. The repair is complete and the washer is working again. Thanks
