Sometimes that’s a bad door switch on the latch assembly AP6027507 for one of the ovens. If it is seeing one of the doors open it won’t let either oven heat up. Does it seem like your oven cavity lights stay on all the time?

The lights shut off and the temperature does start to rise but stops at 110.

What color wires are going to the thermostat that was reading as open?
