Maytag MHW6630HW0 - will not lock door/fill drum - clicks from control board

Main Symptom: FE81 Error
What happens & when: checked/replaced door latch and that is not the issue. Machine will not lock the door and will not start sensing/filling. When the start button is pressed you hear the control board click - then it sits there. Error code was pulled via putting in diag mode by pressing the 3 buttons in a row 3 times.

Error Code (if any): FE 81
Parts or tests already tried: Latch replaced - no change. Checked water flow and cleaned lines - removed top and checked for continuity at the water inlet valves but they get nothing.

You will want to get the tech sheet (which I have attached) and go to test 4 for the door lock testing. Test the door lock and control board using this information and the wiring. Since door lock has been tested but not locking then this would likely be a control board issue.
