Parts or tests already tried: Diagnostic mode…F 02 Water standing in bottom of tub. Cleaned Filter, tested pump with multimeter…16 ohms and 120 volts

Hello Skgoben23, if there is not a clog in the tub port, a hose, or in the drain pump housing, the most likely cause of failure would be the drain pump assembly since it is receiving 120 Volts AC and water is not draining. Whirlpool 280187 Washer Drain Pump Assembly | Genuine OEM Part
Thank you…we can run water from the hose back to the filter. Does that indicate that the tub port is clear? The drain pump housing is clean…we took that off and inspected.
It sounds like there is not a clog in the hose system, which would indicate a likely failure with the drain pump assembly.
