Maytag MEDC400VW0 doesn't seem to be getting power

What happens & when: Dryer doesn’t seem to be getting any power. Light doesn’t come on and dryer doesn’t start.

I had a tech come out to analyze the problem. Said it was the timer. After replacing the timer, there’s no change. Still no power to the unit.

Parts or tests already tried: AP6012587 (WP8299779)

Check voltage at the power cord and terminal block. Black to white, 120 volts, red to white, 120 volts, black to red, 240 volts.

It’s reading about 150 for the first two and 240 for the last one.

150 Volts is too high. Something is wrong with your house voltage.
