Maytag gas dryer cycles heat on and off

Main Symptom: Not drying clothes
What happens & when: I see the igniter glow and the gas ignites for about 25 seconds. Then it stops for about a minute and then the cycle starts all over again. This happens continuously.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: replaced with the Dryer Coil kit. No improvement

The most likely cause for this issue to occur would be that the gas coils are faulty and would need to be replaced. Here is a link for the part number.

As I mentioned in the post I already replaced the gas dryer coils. and I had tested the original ones…they tested fine. please see my latest post. I believe it could be a gas burner tube assembly issue.

This would not be the gas tube but would be a faulty gas valve.
