I need help in determining what each of the thermostats do. I have to replace the one that signals the timer to start the cool down at the end of the drying cycle. Does anyone know if I’m looking to change the ‘cool down’ cycling’ or ‘high temp’ thermostats? If not a wiring diagram would do just as well.
Here are your parts

Cannot find a manual for this specific unit but here is one for older units which may help some.

Unless the unit has a dryness sensor cool down is usually just a function of the timer and is not controlled by a thermostat.
Could be a set of timer contacts are welded together, this assumes that the timer advances through the cycle normally other than no cool down.
Also does the unit run without heat in the Air Fluff cycle.
If not, you may have a grounded element.
Ihave a de808 that will not shut off dryies fine but keeps runing.
Does it do this in both timed try and auto modes?
Does the timer advance?
This looks like a fairly complicated unit, do you havea wiring diagram?
the timer doze not move it has 4 botttons for dryer selection I don’t have a diagram but could be one inside
This will be difficult without a wiring diagram.
The easiest thing to check would be for power across the timer motor (120 volts).
If it has power and does not advance it is probably toast.
If it has no power then you have to find out why.
Work with the unit in timed dry as that is the simplest wiring circuit.
