As far as I know no. But weird things can happen when dealing with digital logic.
One thing that will stop the water is the overfill float switch if the float is stuck in the up position or the switch is toast.
Also a dirty/defective valve or blown circuit board or bad connection between the control board and the overfill switch/water valve combo.
Check across the water valve to see if it is getting 120 volts when it should be filling.
If it is and you have no water then it is either a bad valve or the screen filter on the input side of the valve is clogged solid with crud.
If you remove the valve from the unit and the screen is clean then it is a bad valve.
If the screen is clogged solid, clean it.
Do not permanently remove the screen from the valve as it is there to keep crud out of the valve which could hold it open and cause a flood.
