Maytag Dishwasher sometimes has 70 Volts, sometimes 120V at solenoid valve

Been having intermittant issues with the water solenoid valve voltage. Sometimes it’s 120V, but usually 70V. Wires and float switch are good. Control circuit issue??

The dishwasher model is MDB9100AWQ. I have verified that 120V goes into the circuit board, and 70V comes out. Anyone have a suggestion on where to order the part? Thanks. I am in Michigan.

I would measure it with the water solenoid disconnected just to be sure that the solenoid is not pulling the supply down, though it does sound like they use a triac to control the valve and half of it is not firing.
