Hi,

We had some things get damaged by lightning today, including our dishwasher. There are multiple lights on the control panel lit up (one light by the delay button, and all of the lights by the cycle button). There is no burning smell coming from it, but none of the buttons are responding. This is a portable dishwasher, so I unplugged it for a while, but nothing changed.

This is likely to be a failure of either the touchpad built into the console or the main control itself. Both of these have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are no longer available.

The control panel is pt# 99003224. Depending on your serial #, the control board is either WPW10218832 or 12002713.

Hi,

I ended up finding a control board for it. I’m guessing the touchpad got screwed up too because, after installing the board, I only got use of the Start/Cancel button and the Delay button. It was stuck on normal wash cycle. That would have been fine for now, but when I started a wash, even though it sounds like it is running, none of spray arms are moving.

It did pump out all of the water when I hit Cancel, but can you tell me what would be keeping the spray arms from moving. Thanks
