when my maytag toploading washer stops during its cycles it emitts a loud squeal. I suppose its a bad brake like a car. how do I access the brake and repair it? thanks grandon benson
Here’s the brake assembly. You access it by tilting the machine back and remobing the main pulley. AP6009843
The job requires the use of this special spanner wrench: AP5632784
