This Maytag DW shows controls are “locked” but I cannot unlock the controls by pressing the "lock"buttons 3 seconds many times and more than 3 seconds.What can I do to make my controls unlock and make it work again?

Not sure what you mean by pushing the "lock"buttons.
The manual says to use the heater dry button.
If this does not work try removing power (unplug or flip the breaker) from the unit for 20 minutes or so.
If this does nothing it could be that the Heated dry button is toast (shorted). Check it with a meter, see the tech sheet.
