Hi My Mother’s Dish Washer Unit Works I Hear Water Spreying And Gushing In Side Of It But Do Not Drain Its Water I Disconnect The Flexy Drain Pipe From Swer Line And Left It Inside The Kitchen Sink Then Turn The Dish Washeher On, It Went On And Wash For Almost 2 Hours Or 90 Minutes And Didnot Drain A Drop Of Water And I Had To Drain The Water Manually Both From Inside The Unit And Also From Outside By Inserting A Screw Driver At Drain Side Connects To Flexy Pipe By Dishwasher Connection Side And It Drained Manually Please Tell Me Is There Two Diffrent Water Pumps For This Unit For Example One Pumps The Water To Unit And The Other Drains The Water Or Is There Adustments To Active The Draing Or Its Cycles Or What I Need To Do To Correct This Problems.

Remove the toe panel and check the drain solenoid (#497 on the diagram). Make sure the center piece (#426) does freely up and down. Post the results.

thanks for ur quick response,
I never worked on appliances before but I can read blue prints so u think there is something wrong with the drain solinoid if 426 is not freely going up and down do I have to replace 497 which my understanding is the whole solinoid assembly and part #426 is part of that assembely or not the machine has to connected to electricity and to be turned on before checking part #426 functioning I like to know safest way to check it
Perform the troubleshooting, post the results and we will go further.
