Lube for motor seal

This machine is in a vacation home, and sometimes unused for months. I just tried to use it after several months and the motor seal was stuck. I was able to release it by turning the motor, but wonder if there is anything I can do when I leave, like putting some kind of lube in the sump.

White vinegar can help to prevent it. Dilute it in 1 to 5 proportion with water. Half of gallon should be enough.
