Loud noise coming from the back of the freezer

Brand: Hotpoint
Model Number: HPS15BTHJRCC
Main Symptom: Noise from freezer
What happens & when: My freezer just started today making a lotta noise from where the fan/motor resides in my freezer and it sounds like a whirring/rattling sound. I’ll attach a video down below so you can hear what I’m talking about. I’ve pretty much come to the conclusion that I probably will need to just replace the motor and possibly the fan? Would just like to know which part numbers those would be on the website to order. Thanks a bunch!

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: I’ve already tried the blow dryer method to see if it was possibly ice built-up that was causing the problem but it still makes the same noise.

Unfortunately, the video is not loading for me. However, the whirring and rattling noise does sound like it is a fan motor issue. A good way to verify would be removing the freezer back panel to make sure there is nothing around the fan that it might be hitting. If there is no ice or anything else that might be hit by the fan blade (to cause the rattling), then replacing the fan motor would be the likely correction.
