**Main Symptom:cant remove lid lock switch
**What happens & when:
I got a f5 code. The glass top that opens the washer up wouldnt lift up.
I purchased W10810403 Latch. I removed everything that was needed to take off on control panel, and pulled the old cable out,including the 2 screws that hold the lid lock in place.
When i tried to wiggle and pull it off it wouldn’t come off. Seems like the lock is stuck, and I couldn’t lift the glass top up to try to get it from the top.
