LG Thinq water despenses slow after main shutoff

Main Symptom: water dispenses slow
What happens & when: Water is dispensing at about 1/2 normal speed, 8 seconds for 4 oz. I have replaced the filter, tried to run water with no door filter (post 2022 model doesn’t require bypass), I have tested water line pressure prior to inlet valve which seems fine. This happened after the main shutoff was turned off for bathroom remodel. I have read to clean the inlet valve of any gunk that may have gone in after turning on water main, but this seems impossible with this type of valve. I have also read that this could be an issue with the water filter head. What would I do to check if it’s a water inlet valve problem or the filter head for the door filter?

Followup: if this may truly be the inlet valve, do I replace the whole assembly or just one part of it?

Usually, a slow water fill can cause ice cubes to be smaller than normal if the issue is before the diverter valve. If the ice cubes are normal-sized, it would be unlikely that the filter head would be an issue. That was it. there was another powered valve connected when I went to install the inlet assembly. Guessing that’s for the craft ice in bottom freezer rather than the door water and ice water. But it worked.
