I push the water and I hear clicking in the door or the ice flap opens when the ice is puched. Nothing happens in the water valve areas.

There is a water valve in the door that would be the most likely cause for this issue. Test to make sure that it is getting 120 vac to it when calling for ice or water.

What is the best way to access this?

Open the left door, remove the lower door shelf and then remove the cover over the water valve and tank that is behind the bottom dooor shelf.

I tested the two purple wires and I did get 120v.

If there is 120 vac to the valve but no water flowing, this would be a faulty valve that would need to be replaced.

If I order this valve and it is not the problem 1) Can I return it? 2) What else could it be?

Should I be getting any voltage through the white wires? The voltage I received was when I checked the two purple wires?
