Is this happening when a specific cooktop element is used or is it happening with all of them? Also, the fuse in question, is it the breaker that is tripping?
I thought so at first because I could hear crackling when I used the front right element so I started using the other elements only but now the other element is crackling as well. Yes the main breaker in the apartment
With the breaker turned off, you’ll want to remove both the console panel and the rear oven panel so you can get a clear view of the wiring and control boards. Take a close look at the:
Control boards
Wire harness connectors
Individual wires running to and from the controls
You’re looking for anything that stands out, such as:
Burn marks or discoloration
Melted plastic on connectors
Brittle or cracked insulation
A spot that looks like an electrical arc may have occurred
Loose or partially backed-out connectors
Is there anything that looks damaged or unusual when you inspect those areas?
I removed panels and checked the control board and wiring no signs of any discoloration everything looks in good condition
Does the crackling sound like it is coming from the left side of the console? If it does, the likely issue is the cooktop relay control has a short occurring and it is not readily visible. The only reason the breaker would be tripping is from overcurrent, which is commonly caused by a short. https://www.appliancepartspros.com/lg-pcb-assembly-main-ebr73821007-ap5785746.html
