Lg french doors not equal and mulliion doesnt close

Hello,

I purchased a house with LG french doors. The left door is lower than the right and the mullion does not engage the female part on top. I tried to raise the door by adjusting the nut on the lower hinge but it doesnt change I think the nut or the threads are stripped. What part(s) are needed to be replaced ? Is this the entire hinge or is there separte parts to this mechanism?

Hello, I would try to level the refrigerator to the floor. If the floor is uneven, the unit will tilt, and the door will not be even. Try lowering the feet at the bottom of the refrigerator to raise the low side up. There is limited adjustment at the doors, as you have already found out.

I will be at the house few weeks (vacation home) and will check to see if the refrigerator is level.

If that doesn’t correct the probem, what is the part number for the left lower hinge with the threaded pivot and the nut that is engaged?
