LEDS are dim inside top of refrig and freezer

Main Symptom: Dim LEDS
What happens & when:

No Error Code. Top compartment lights in refrigerator and freezer LEDs flash bright on then go dim (not off) when door or drawer is opened. Side LEDS working fine in refrigerator section.

Installed LED control board W10830288 with no change.

Would like additional support to find problem to solve issue.

For this issue, the most likely cause of this will be an LED’s that are faulty. Here is a link to what would need to be replaced.
