Started leaking just a little but now it seems that full load worth of water is coming out. I checked supply and drain lines and they’re dry. what’s the next place to check?

I can only suggest removing the kick plate and checking what is leaking.
A flashlight and a small mirror help here.
The type of mirror mechanics use sort of like a dentist’s mirror but larger is ideal but you could tape a small one on the end of a wood dowel.
