KEBC208KSS0 Double Oven not heating up fully to set temperature. In Baking mode it is set to 450 and it heats to 350, and in Convection mode it is set to 450 and heats to 420. I’m not sure which part to replace: the Thermal Fuse or the Temperature sensor. My gut tells me the temperature sensor because if the thermal fuse failed open I would think I wouldn’t get any heat and I’m getting some.

Yes, with this issue, the temperature sensor would be the most likely cause for this to occur.
