Looking for help with my KDRP407HSS11 dual fuel oven and why it heats the oven sometimes and other times nothing
Do you get any error messages when it doesn’t heat/
Do you notice any pattern to it not heating, like every other time or one out of 3 times etc.?
Have you run a diagnostic on it?
Without knowing more its hard to say if its control board, wiring or temp. sensor issues
The panel does not show any type of error message as it is really simple display. No true pattern and I have switched out the thermostat probe. Not sure how to run diagnostics
There actually is no customer available diagnostics for your model.
At this point, since it’s an intermittent problem, I would strongly suspect a relay going bad on the control board ( Whirlpool 8186394 Range Oven Control Board | Genuine OEM Part (
