Could you get us a proper model number from the production tag on the appliance. We can’t find any inormation with the number you supplied.

OK, we have a number we can work with(KUDI 02 frss04).

And water is in the bottom of the tub, so.

Can you hear the drain pump run, when it’s in the drain cycle.

Have you disconnected the drain hose from the plumbing, and checked for a clogged drain hose ?

You’ll need to remove the lower access panel and kickplate to access the drain pump and hoses to check.
