Is the frost all throughout or just on the back wall? If it is all throughout the freezer then check the door seal to make sure that it is sealing properly. If it is not then it would need to be replaced. If the frost is all over the back wall then this would be a defrost issue in which you will need to test the defrost bimetal and defrost heater to make sure that they are good. If they check ok then this will be a defrost timer problem and it would need to be replaced.
