Main Symptom: Oven wont shut off

Oven stayed on all night. Lights are working when I turn the dial broil seems to function but when shut off stays heated wont run clean cycle the lights just blink. I think may be control panel I see the part is discontinued. Do you think thats the problem?
I would check each of the elements in the oven to make sure they haven’t grounded out, but other than that your issue is either going to be a bare wire touching the chassis and giving the circuit a complete path or one of the relays on the main control is stuck closed.
Okay I will try to figure out to check all that 
It seems to stay at around 250 because the bottom element is hot but not glowing red. But when switched to a higher temperature it does not glow. Is there any fix if a relay is stuck with out replacing the controls?
That actually answers the question, that element is grounded out or the wiring to it is bare and touching metal to complete the circuit. If you’ve got a meter you can disconnect the oven from power, access the terminals in the back of the unit for that element, disconnect the wires from them, and check each of the element’s terminals to chassis ground for continuity. Chassis ground is going to be a bare metal place on the body of the oven or one of the bare machine screws used to hold body panels or other components on.
If you’ve got continuity to ground, bad element. If not, bare wire touching metal somewhere in the wiring harness.
