Kenmore motor pulley/screw on or pressure mounted

I need to purchase a motor pulley for my Kenmore Washer but I need to know if it is worth it…Does anyone know if this part is a screw on or if I have to remove the motor and have it pressure mounted? Maybe it is time to get another dryer!!:frowning:

The pullet screws on. Why do you need to replace it?

It broke. The dryer wouldn’t spin so I bought a new belt. When I tried to replace it something was not right, a closer look showed that this part was broken (which is what frayed the belt in the first place). Ordered the parts got it working and now it takes three cycles to dry the clothes…so frustrating. Should I quit while I am ahead and buy a new dryer or continue to put money into this one???

You may want to make sure the dryer vent line is clean all the way through the vent outlet and the dryer air ducts are clean also.
