We received a used refidgerator and upon placing in our house we fine that the fridge door does not seal while the freezer door seals fine.
Your post is pretty vague so I can only give a couple things to check/try.
- Make sure the unit is level side to side.
- Check that it is level front to back or leaning to the back slightly.
- Check the bottom hinge on the door.
- Check the top hinge on the door.
- Check that the seal on the hinge side is not grabbing to the frame and twisting/buckling. If it is a light coating of vaseline or white lithium grease should solve this.
- Check that the seal and folds in the seal are clean.
- Check the door liner.
