Kenmore Elite Washer 796.29272001 won't stop filling until it fills to the top. Ordered new water level pressure switch, twice now, and both test "bad" according to the Youtube warriors, and neither solved the problem. What am I missing?

Parts or tests already tried: Replaced Water Level Pressure Switch, twice, and oddly, none of the new switches test correctly when I use a multimeter to check continuity thru the Normally open or closed contacts. I blow into the hose to engage the diaphragm/switch and nothing changes with the contacts. Surely I must be doing something wrong. No way I have three bad switches (original one, a cheap knockoff from Amazon, and the OEM one I ordered from Appliancepartspro.com).

The pressure switch for this model does not operate like the old pressure switches, so the testing method for the old pressure switches would not be applicable. When the washer is continuing to fill, does the water valve continue to hum from voltage being sent to it or is the valve quiet while it allows water through?
