I need help. the touch pad on our machine has some lights lit (dimly). The drain button works sometimes. I got the wash cycle button to show 78 but it wouldn’t wash. if i do get the buttons to work it will only drain. it happened before but came back in a day or two. this is the longest it’s been unusable.
Most likely the problem is a bad key panel which is a part of the control panel. If you need the correct part number, post the color of the control panel.
