Kenmore Dishwasher 665.13963K017 - No power on the control panel

Main Symptom: No power on the control panel
What happens & when: There’s no power at all in the control panel. Checked the fuse and it’s not tripped. Turned off the fuse and then on. Did not check the wiring as it’s behind the dishwasher.

With the power turned off at the breaker, the front door panel would need to be removed. The inner door panel and the console can then be shut like normal. The main control will have a wire cover on the left side that will need to be removed. From there, the power supply can be turned on and the main control can be tested for incoming voltage. With a multimeter set to Volts AC, what voltage reaches the main control when testing from the black wire to the white wire on the far left side of the control?

Thanks, William. I will have to test it. I will work on it and post the update. I have never done this before but not afraid to do it. If you have any links with video instructions that would be great. If not, I will figure it out.
