My ice maker suddenly stopped working. The ice tray has ice but the paddles are not moving to pull the ice from the tray to the in door ice dispenser. Usually this means an ice piece is stuck in the tray but I have checked and this is not the case. Tested the optics and they seem to be ok. Suggestions?
What is the complete model number of the refrigerator?
How did you check the optics?

Hey mate, dunno if you already solved the problem, but just wanted to add that you should check the user manual of the device. I found the troubleshooter within it very helpful with my own problems.
