Our washing machine stops mid-cycle and does not drain. When I rotate the cycle control just a little, sometimes nothing happens. I have to continually check it because it is always stopping. I rotate and keep on trying until I can get it working again. Is it the water pump or timer or ??? Model 110. 27802690
Since you can get it started again, it seems like the timer is the issue. However it could be an intermittent problem with the lid switch, so I would check that out first, and beside the part costs a lot less than the timer.
