we’ve had this washer for several years now. The washer was running and while spinning it made a loud noise. In the second rinse it stopped and the water does not drain any more. What could the problem be?

Valeria,
You probably have something small, stuck in the drain pump or hose.
That would explain the noise and no drain. You’ll need to remove the cabinet to check, but nothing you can’t handle.
