Normal water level should reach approximately the bottom edge of the door glass during fill. If the water level is noticeably lower, suspect a problem in the water level control system.

Most likely causes: clogged pressure tube, blocked air dome connection, faulty pressure switch, or faulty control board.

Check the water level pressure system:

  1. Disconnect power.

  2. Remove the washer top panel.

  3. Locate the water level (pressure) switch.

  4. Remove the pressure tube from the switch.

  5. Inspect the tube for clogs, kinks, or damage.

  6. Check the tube connection at both the pressure switch and outer tub. Make sure both ports are clear.

  7. Reassemble the tube and connections.

Test Operation:

  1. Leave the top panel off for observation.

  2. Start a wash cycle and allow the unit to fill.

  3. Verify that the water level reaches the bottom of the door glass.
