Does the cooktop work? Is it all oven functions, or do broil and convection seem to be coming on?

I replied to email in normal way. I guess you did not receive. My reply was:

Good questions.

The cook top, gas, works fine.

The broiler works fine.

The convection does not reach 325 after almost 20 minutes. The oven has the same problem. It heats just so far and no more.

If I see where you are going withe this, it could well be the heating element???"

That’d be what I’d lean towards, either that bake element AP5970727 is bad, the wiring between it and the control is bad, or the bake relay on the control AP6809250 has failed.

I’d test that bake circuit, should read about 10-40Ωs. If out-of-range test the element itself to determine if it is the element or the harness. If both of those are good then it’ll be the control board.

I do not think I have knowledge to do as you suggest. Is there a video or instructions?
