Jenn-Air oven and display not working, but buttons beep

Main Symptom: Display not working. And oven not turning on.
What happens & when: I can hear beeping when depressing the display buttons. I have reset at the breaker twice. Potential power surge/outage between tenants.

Error Code (if any): Not visible

That’ll be a failure in clock/control board AP6010716. The board needs to be replaced.
