I ordered part number 99002199 (lower rack) for my dishwasher. However, I cannot figure out how to remove the sprayer arm from my old part and put it in the new rack. 
I am referring to the part that sticks up about 6-8 inches and is in the center of the rack. Any help?
Have you tried to twist it off?
