Is it the microwave (Frigidaire FMV156DC) door switch or something else?

Main Symptom: Won’t heat unless door pressed in and up
**What happens & when:**My Frigidaire FMV156DC microwave will only work when the door is pushed in and slightly up. The timer/display works fine. I removed/disassembled the door. Door latch is fine. If the unit works ok once door is pushed in could door switches be faulty? Or is it perhaps a misaligned door that is preventing the switches from engaging (it has no handle so we open by pulling on bottom of door)? Thanks.

By having a broken handle and opening the door by pulling on the bottom of the door to open it, that has misaligned the door in relation to the switches. You will probably need to replace the door or try and torque the door so the switches are activated at the same time.
