I have Whirpool glass cooktop. The model number is GR448LXPS0. There are four burners in total (Well, one more is for warm. I don’t use it at all). Two big ones are dual elements. I just found that both big burners are broken. I asked one “professional” to come take a look. He suggested to replace both and asked me to buy from his company, which will cost $400.00. I found this website and just purchased both dual burners for half price. The part number is AP3842098. Could someone give me detail instruction on how to replace both big burners? Thanks.

Before you will replace the heating elements I would recommend to check the infinite switches and the wiring harness for these elements as described in the manual.
