Brand: Samsung Model Number: RF265BEAESG/AA Main Symptom: WATER GOING INTO FRIDGE FROM ICEMAKER. CONDENSATION IN FRONT. What happens & when: Constant condensation and water dripping down over ice shoot into fridge.
Error Code (if any): No
Parts or tests already tried: New icemaker ordered (Order number: 17339161) from you and installed over weekend.

Since you already replaced the ice maker and the RF265BEAESG/AA is still getting constant condensation and water running down through the ice chute, I would not replace the ice maker again. This model family is specifically included in Samsung’s ice-room service bulletin for frost, condensation, and leaking/dripping from the dispenser area.
What I would check next
The most likely problem is warm, moist air getting into the ice room. Once that happens, moisture condenses inside the ice compartment, melts, and eventually runs down the ice chute into the refrigerator.
1. Check the ice chute flapper first. Remove the ice bucket and look down through the ice chute. The rubber flapper needs to close completely and make a good seal. Check for ice, debris, a warped flapper, or hardened/torn rubber. Samsung specifically calls out a poorly sealing ice route/flapper as a cause of this problem.
A quick test is to shine a flashlight up through the dispenser opening with the flapper closed. You shouldn’t see an obvious gap around the flapper.
2. Check the ice bucket gasket. Make sure the bucket is fully seated and the gasket around it isn’t torn, rolled over, hardened, or leaving a gap. Samsung notes that a poor bucket seal allows warmer refrigerator air into the ice compartment, which can melt ice and produce dripping.
3. Inspect the ice-room seams. This is a big one on these refrigerators. Samsung’s service procedure calls for sealing gaps where the ice-room housing meets the refrigerator liner using Samsung RTV DA81-05595A.
With the bucket removed, look carefully along the bottom and side seams of the ice compartment. A small gap can continuously pull humid refrigerator air into the ice room.
4. Check the ice-maker fill tube position. Since the ice maker was just replaced, watch closely during a fill cycle if possible. Samsung specifically identifies the water line being inserted too far as a cause of water splashing inside the ice room. The tube should direct water cleanly into the fill cup without spraying against the housing.
If you’re finding actual water droplets/splashing around the new ice maker shortly after it fills, I’d concentrate here.
5. Check the ice-room drain. Remove the bucket and inspect for ice accumulation underneath/behind the ice maker and auger assembly. A partially frozen or obstructed ice-room drain can allow defrost/condensation water to back up and eventually come through the chute. Samsung’s procedure specifically says the drain needs to be completely clear.
Important on this Samsung
Samsung’s bulletin doesn’t treat replacing the ice maker alone as the complete repair. Their procedure includes completely defrosting the ice room, checking/sealing the ice-room seams, checking the fill tube, checking the chute/flapper and bucket seals, checking the drain/airflow, installing the applicable ice-room service components, and replacing the ice maker where required.
So since your new ice maker didn’t correct the condensation, I’d put my suspicion in this order:
Also, don’t use a hair dryer or heat gun to thaw this compartment. Samsung specifically recommends a steamer because excessive concentrated heat can damage the plastic liner.
If the condensation is present even when the ice maker hasn’t recently filled, that makes an air leak around the chute/bucket/ice-room seams much more likely than another defective ice maker.
I have diagnosed everything you have stated, and all looks good and have actually reset as well. This refrigerator purchased in 2019 and have replaced icemaker already once before and problem did not arise then, so what do I now.
There is none of this going on at all went from top to bottom the only reason change out is icemaker stopped producing ice with none of this going on as well. All though easy peasy replacing this is not what i wanted to do again. So from here where do we go.
On those they’re either missing an air gap somewhere or they need to follow that bulletin real close, that’s about all it could be. If they’re insisting it isn’t either of those it may be time for them to call a tech.
I checked from a to z and dotted my i’s and crossed my t’s and went and checked closer for leaks. I have changed it before without any problems (only thing wrong with previous, it was not making ice) as the same with the one i just replaced. The inside of my icemaker is clean as a whistle unlike the pictures you sent. None of that is going on with mine. The ice maker is sweating as soon as the cubes come out. Changing out the icemaker before I didn’t have this problem.
I did check for leaks twice icemaker works but ice comes out sweaty and not always full tray. Again pictures you have sent look nothing like what I sent and did not clean it out either. I used the handy man special to check for leaks and have done it twice now. Also now second time changing icemaker and did not have this problem whatsoever on first change out.
