I have an LG 25960ST refrigerator that won't come on after lsing electricity. When I unplug it and plug it back in, the lights flash and it goes dead

With the refrigerator not coming on at all and there was a power outage then the control board will be the most likely cause.

When I plug it in it flashes and then goes off, it won’t come back on. So this would be the Control board?
