I have a whirlpool duet. Door stays locked and drain pump stays on. I unplug it and plug back in resets. But i have to do that everywash. What is the issue

Check to ensure the machine is draining completely. Check the pump and filter area, then check the pressure hose and pressure switch. The control still thinks the machine has water in it.
